Our company has in the past month explored new shampoos and products in the pet line due to opening a new pet grooming store. We have in the past years used other name brands but none have stood out as much as yours. When using your products on our customers pets the complements we have been receiving on your No-Rinse Silk Conditioner and Detangler, for example I had a difficult poodle as in his hair is difficult it never seems to set right I used this product and he looked awesome, his owner loved him and the smell. The other products we enjoy using as well, its so hard to choose our favorites but there is another, Fresh and Silky 16. This product is awesome, again another delighted customer. What this letter is for is to say thank you for making my business more successful because without your quality shampoos and products I wouldn't have satisfied customers where as before I thought I was doing them the best job possible, now I know I am. This letter has been some time in coming but nevertheless, I am finally acknowledging the contribution your product made to the healing of our pet cat.

During the months of April, May and June of 2002, our female Siamese was treated at a local clinic for what is known as a “hot spot wound”. She had developed an infection at the site of the wound and was treated for three months by our favorite veterinarian, Dr. Stewart Keskitalo at Anchor Bay Veterinary Clinic. He deduced that the wound was inflicted by another animal because of the parasitic infection that resulted. We suspect that it was a Great Blue Heron into whose territory Delilah had trespassed.

Delilah had also developed a blockage in her intestinal tract. It absolutely would not pass and she refused to eat or drink. Consequently, we had to force feed this very ill feline whose weight had dropped from 7 to 3 pounds.

After many trial and error experiments in force feeding our cat, I discovered your product in the local Pet Supply store. It is called Lickables Hearty Cat with Taurine added, in a 3 oz squeeze tube. Between your product and tiny bits of venison, our Delilah finally healed and began to eat somewhat normally. It wasn’t until the end of the summer that she fully regained her health. But I attribute a very large part of her healing process to your product. My husband and I were grateful that your product was available. Thank you for making it available to us.
